A set of wing mirrors can be seen below the A-pillars of the cabin, as well as the fuel cap on the rear-right portion (between the door and the wheel arch).
The glasshouse area is relatively large and features a large windscreen with the corresponding wipers and black separations for the rear quarter windows, while the rear window exposes the rear engine. On the sides, the car has silver details on the front fenders and what look like small indicators above the bumper area, while the rear fenders have curved intakes and small exit vents. The area above the bumper has a set of headlamps consisting of dual units and a smaller one between the two, along with a front boot lid that bears a wide intake in the centre and a silver detail on the front. The car assumes a sleek and aerodynamic design comparable to the Super GT, where the front bumper features a wide intake in the centre and two smaller ones on the outer edges. The front fascia resembles the Ferrari F512M and the front lights look very close to those of the Ferrari F40, albeit the Turismo has one set of front lights, meanwhile the F40 has two. The spoiler bears a striking resemblance to the one seen on the 1971 Dodge Daytona prototype, albeit shorter and more rounded. The Turismo in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is mostly based on the Ferrari F40, with a modified spoiler and sloped, square tail lights.
